When you use Netflix on a browser, you don’t get the video quality on the desktop app. However, the desktop app can sometimes cause errors and doesn’t work properly. In this tutorial, I will show you how to fix the Netflix app not working on Windows 10 computers.

Some of the errors that users have faced with the app include:

  •  There was a problem with this download

I am going to show you a list of things that you can try to fix this problem.

Update App

Step-1: Go to the Start menu and type Store. Click Open.

Step-2: Click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner.

Reinstall App

Step-1: Go to the Start Menu and click on the Settings cog. (Shortcut keys: Win + I)

  3.  You will be asked, ‘Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?’. Click Yes.
  4.  Type ipconfig/flushdns and click Enter.
  5.  You will get the following message once the DNS flush is successful:
