Which? Awards 2024: winners revealed

This year's Which? Awards winners have been revealed, celebrating the companies that you can rely on.

Our independent judges look for brands that offer outstanding products, great customer service and value for money. Among the winners was broadband provider Zen Internet, which took home the first ever Which? Award for customer service.

Two other new categories launched this year, too: best value appliance brand, for which Beko took the crown, and best baby and child brand, won by Cybex.

The winning brands were announced at a ceremony in London on 20 May, hosted by BBC presenter Victoria Derbyshire. Below, we list all of this year's winners and shortlisted brands.

‘The Awards recognise best practice for consumers’

Anabel Hoult, Which? chief executive, said: ‘This year, Which? has launched a new customer service brand of the year award to recognise best practice in the industries and encourage firms to follow their lead.

‘Whether they’ve been awarded for high customer scores in our survey, excellent customer support, or great value products, all of this year’s awardees should be very proud of what they’ve achieved in winning this award.

‘The awards, which have been running since 2007, recognise best practice for consumers and give awards to businesses and products from banks to home entertainment brands.’

How we select Which? Awards winners

At Which?, our product tests and investigations are 100% independent – and the same applies when it comes to the Which? Awards. We aren't influenced by any third parties when deciding which brands make our shortlists and win, and brands can't nominate themselves.

To select the winning brands, our expert judging panel takes into account our stringent lab tests and customer satisfaction surveys. We also look for companies that offer great value and go the extra mile for their customers.
